Infosys rose 0.20 percent at USD 17.26 and Wipro gained 0.30 percent at USD 12.76.
In the banking space, ICICI Bank was up 0.11 percent at USD 10.24 and HDFC Bank added 0.61 percent at USD 62.40.
In the other sectors, Tata Motors slipped 0.47 percent at USD 30.19 and Dr Reddy's Laboratories advanced 0.73 percent at USD 61.48.
