AVI Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2015, the following changes has taken place in the company’s key managerial personnel;
1. Mr. Karan Rajkumar Mishra had given resignation from the office of Chief Financial Officer with effect from August 31, 2015 due to personal reasons.
